We offer a NO QUESTIONS ASKED money-back guarantee on ANY item you purchase from us. Simply return the item within 14 days in the same condition as received if you do not want it for any reason. We will give you a full refund minus all shipping and handling fees once we receive the item back to us.

4. How much is shipping, handling & insurance?
Shipping costs for items may vary, but are indicated in each item listing. There is shipping cost for the 1st item, and a lower cost for any additional item ordered on the same invoice. If you order two different items, the higher 1st item shipping cost is applied plus the "additional item" shipping cost from the other item. It does not matter which item is purchased first. Please note that US Domestic shipping include all 50 states, APO/FPO, District of Columbia , Guam , N. Mariana Islands , Palau , Puerto Rico , and the Virgin Islands.
The insurance is required and protects you from the loss or damage of your order in transit. The cost is $1.50 per invoice. We track all items shipped so if you did not get your item within the time frame given on the listing page, please contact us by clicking here and we will track your package for you. This insurance cover the refund of your purchase if the item is lost or broker during shipment.
5. If I purchase more than 1 item, can I get a discount on shipping?
YES! The "additional item" shipping costs are indicated on in each item's listing. The highest "first item" shipping cost will be applied, plus the corresponding "additional item" shipping for the remaining items.
6. Why does the shipping amount on my invoice not match the amount on the item detail page?
The shipping total on your invoice includes insurance and is not itemized separately. Insurance which protects you from the loss or damage of your order during shipment is clearly indicated just below the shipping charges. Also, on your checkout page you will have the option to pay for faster shipping for your items as well.
7. When can I expect my item to arrive?
All orders are usually shipped the same or following business day after payment is received. For example, if payment is received on a Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday. We will send you an email when your payment clears AND when your order ships. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery within the US typically takes 3-6 business days, but occasionally longer. International deliveries could take 5 days to 5 weeks as they can be subject to customs inspections and/or tariffs. Shipping costs are fixed. Shipping times are not guaranteed, tracking numbers can be provided for US orders only.
8. Why have you not responded to my emails?
We respond to all emails messages by the end of the same or next BUSINESS day. Since we do not work on weekends and holidays if you send us a message on Friday we will not get back to you until the following Monday. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 Central Standard time. If you do not hear back from us, please check that:
- Your mailbox is not full, and
- You do not have a Spam blocker activated on your email account.
Please note that we get hundreds of emails a day and we get to everyone as fast as we can. Please just be patient when emailing us, and if you do not hear from us with-in 2 business days please resend the message to be sure it came through. We do respond to all emails.
9. How and when will I get my refund?
In cases where it becomes necessary to issue you a refund, it will be made by the same method as you used to make the purchase. The refund will be issued when we have the product back in hand and usually within a day or two of receiving the item.
10. Is this game New or Used?
All games listed as New are BRAND-NEW FACTORY SEALED games. Any game listed as Used or CIB (Complete In Box) is used, and include the game, manual, original outside art work ,and a case unless other wise noted in the listing.
11. Is this game original or greatest hit?
We do not differentiate between original games or greatest hits games. If you would like one or the other you may request one, but it is first come first serve and we can not guarantee that you will get the one you requested. We will do our best to serve everyone's needs and we generally have both in stock, but we can not guarantee that.
